Compass Point Planning was pleased to have had the opportunity to team with McGill Smith Punshon to prepare a new comprehensive plan for the City of Hamilton, Ohio. The city has been experiencing a renaissance of investment and unique development opportunities due to its progressive city leaders, staff, and citizens. The plan, which took approximately 18 months to complete, is a web-based document with a focus on the vision and implementation. The plan includes a special emphasis on land use, mobility, and actions for eight different policy areas.
